Covid-19 Preventative Measures – HK held accounts
To prevent the further spread of Covid-19, and to ensure the safety of customers and our colleagues, the following measures will be implemented effective immediately (28-02-2022):
1. The cut-off time for shipment collections in Hong Kong will be changed to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and 13:00 on Saturday.
2. For deliveries and collections in Hong Kong residential areas, our colleagues will meet consignees at the lobby or guard post.
