This specific request was made during a global pandemic, which added to shipping complications. With international flights canceled and strict travel bans imposed by the local government, transportation options became severely limited. Additionally, the time-sensitive nature of bone marrow transplants meant that any delays could jeopardize the success of the procedure, demanding urgent and effective logistical solutions. 

How did Royale’s logistics capabilities support the successful shipment of bone marrow transplants?
