With the coronavirus upending air travel and countries shutting down borders, airlines were forced to drastically cut services, leaving global deliveries to a halt.

Challenge

During the coronavirus pandemic, shortage of flights and restrictions on travel made time-critical deliveries extremely challenging.

Royale had to find creative solutions to ensure bone marrow arrived on-time and safely.

Solution

Royale International was the only courier company in the world that handled life-saving Hand Carries under COVID-19 circumstances.

Our courier stayed at the airport in between flights to avoid being quarantined. Royale made us of hybrid solutions to ensure on-time delivery at all cost.

None of the deliveries made during the pandemic missed its deadline.
