Service Disruption in Hong Kong and Southern China
(23 September 2023 Tuesday, 10:00 HKT) – Due to the approaching Super Typhoon Ragasa, the Hong Kong Observatory has considered to raise the typhoon level to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8. Gale to storm force winds and squally showers are expected to persist through to the following day.
Please note the possible following implications on our business and services:
Hong Kong
- During Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher, local deliveries and collections in Hong Kong would be suspended.
- Flights from Hong Kong International Airport will be suspended for 36 hours from 18:00 HKT on 23rd September.
Shenzhen
- Warehouse storage, and inbound & outbound transactional services will be suspended.
- Local deliveries and inbound collections will be suspended.
- All cross-border activities from China to HK will be suspended.
