Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoices

Please submit three copies of your Proforma or Commercial Invoice for customs clearance on all dutiable/non-document shipments. (One original and two photocopies).  A template copy of a blank Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice can be downloaded from our website: www.royaleinternational.com.

What are the difference between a Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice?

In general, you will need to submit 3 copies of a Proforma Invoice when you are sending “samples” and 3 copies of Commercial Invoice when you are shipping “actual goods”.  As requirements may vary from country to country and commodities, feel please to contact us at +852 2318 0370 to find out which invoice you will need.
